Under the direction of Anthony Jéhanno, Executive Chef of the Maison, the teams offer generous, homemade cuisine in which the quality and freshness of the ingredients are central to every recipe, with particular attention given to Senegalese produce.The same care is reflected in the dining room through warm and genuine service, where the pleasure of welcoming guests matters just as much as the pleasure of eating well.
Room service: For a quiet meal or a gourmet break at your own pace, room service is available 24 hours a day. Sandwiches, hot dishes and desserts: enjoy a selection from the menu in the comfort of your room.
Breakfast
Breakfast is served as a generous buffet celebrating fresh, local and seasonal produce. Enjoy it in the restaurant or on the terrace for a pleasant start to the day. Breakfast can also be served in your room for an additional FCFA 5,000. A continental option is available with a hot drink, freshly pressed juice and pastries (FCFA 10,000 per person).
